Becky is back! (right)After recovering from her knee injury last season, Spaceland Blue's tail flyer, Becky, is back! It has been a long time since she had been in the air, but she still remembered how to tear it up, and had no problems cranking out 55 jumps in 4 days! Also featured on the PD Blog.
Blue is very much looking forward to the upcoming "Shamrock Showdown" in Deland Florida, where they will face some of the same teams they will be competing against at the World Meet in Russia later this year. |

Dennis's 500th jumpSpaceland Blue would like to congratulate Dennis, camera man for the Norwegian 4-way national team "Extream Force Elements", on his 500th jump! Blue joined the team with Thomas Hughes on a fun jump to celebrate on their last training jump of the camp. Congratulations Dennis! For more information on the current Norway National team, please check out their website. |
Tandem RatingOn February 26th I earned my Sigma Tandem rating through USPA's very own President, Mr. Jay Stokes. Needless to say, Jay offered lots of valuable information and insight about the subject. Please check out his website for more information about his courses and schedule. Thanks for all your help Jay!

8th Annual Freefly Money MeetI took part in the event both as competitior and as vidoegrapher. The competition consisted of five rounds where each competitor was randomly matched with a different partner of similar flying ability for every round. A sequence of compulsory moves were drawn from a dive pool. Each round had a different draw. The paired up teams for that round gain one point each time they correctly perform a move in the order of the draw. The score for each round is added up, and the person with the highest score wins. Congratulations to Steve Curtis and Team Scarecrow! For more info on the competition, please check out the Skydive Arizona website.
